Seashell Cottage #3

Fully renovated for 2023! This is a cozy 2 bedroom cottage with a kitchenette fully stocked with refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner hot plate, coffeemaker and toaster.  All kitchenware includes as well! We have 2 shared gas grills on the property and plenty of seating for everyone to spread out and relax. All units have a screened porch with chairs to relax. Each cottage has its own propane firepit as well as 1 big wood burning firepit for marshmallows and hot dogs cooked over the fire! We have an above ground pool, covered seating and room to sun yourself!  Parking is on the premises. The walk to the pier and beach is about 3-5 minutes. That is where you will find all the action, late night bars, shops, restaurants, candy stores, ice cream, fried dough, arcade and rides! Everything to have a great stay without having to drive to get to anything.

We are also a 10 minute walk from the train station if you wanted to venture to Boston!

We are located close to the turnpike if you want to take day trips to Portland, Kittery Outlets, LL Bean, and much more!

Reminder- No pets, no smoking. Capacity for this cottage is no more than 5 people. 5 Minute walk to the beach. Beach towels not provided.
