The Seth – JK Rentals

This unit, known as the Seth, is named after our middle child.  Make sure you look at all 3 to pick your favorite one, or book more than one to accommodate large families or groups.

The Seth is a cozy getaway with new floors and new paint throughout in 2017! New bedding in both bedrooms, It features 2 bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other has 2 twin beds, & 1 bath with a walk in shower, seconds to everything Old Orchard has to offer. This unit has 1 parking spot included, extra parking is located next door for $10 per night per car. A gas grill that is shared with 2 other units, and picnic tables. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook and stay comfortably.  We will also be including a beach caddy on wheels for easy carrying of your beach items to take to the beach with you.

Included with your stay are bed linens, blankets, pillows, shower towels, fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, dish soap, paper towels, trash bags, dish towels, coffee pot, a full size refrigerator. Beds will be made with fresh linens before your arrival. A new air conditioner was installed this year (2019) is located in the living room, with the way the unit is set up it keeps the whole unit cool, this air conditioner also features heat!!! If you happen to get a cool night and wish to warm up you can do that too.
This unit has a full size futon for extra sleeping. Linens will be provided for this as well. The maximum persons allowed is 6 people. The unit cannot handle more than that.
There is only one parking spot for each unit, extra parking is available across the street for a $10 fee.
This unit is so close to the center of OOB, you can see Lisa’s Pizza from the front steps!!! Amazing location! The only thing to do is have fun!
