Rules and Regs

*  This is a NON SMOKING property!!! No smoking allowed! There is a $500 FEE for SMOKING inside the property, for cleaning and deodorizing. Smoking strictly prohibited!!!

*  Check out time is 10:00 AM sharp. Our cleaning team will be arriving to begin cleaning. Please let us know if you are leaving earlier so we can begin getting ready for the next family checking in.

*  JK Rentals is NOT responsible for accidents or injury to Guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Renter assumes full responsibility for guests, damages to the unit, noise control, and guest belongings.

*  Please respect our neighbors. Not everyone likes to stay up all night. We strongly suggest 10:00 pm is quiet time.

*  NO PETS. As much as we all love them they are not permitted in the units.

*  There is a $50 charge for dishes left in the sink, please wash, dry and put away dishes that have been used.

*  Please be sure refrigerator is emptied of all opened food, if you have water or unopened items and you want to give them to the next family, that is fine to do.

*  When checking out please open all windows, and leave the keys on the table.
