Description
The Daniel is an immaculate 2 bed, 1 bath unit with ceiling fans and tvs in each room, seconds to everything Old Orchard Beach has to offer. Maximum guests 6.
We are excited to share this wonderful property. This unit has 1 parking spot included, extra parking is $10 per vehicle per night located next door. A gas grill that is shared with 2 other units, and picnic tables. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook and stay comfortably. Beds will be made with fresh linens before your arrival. Bath towels are also provided. Please bring beach towels, as these are not included.. The bathroom is beautifully done in all tile, and a convenient walk in shower. The futon in this unit is great for extra sleeping space. Linens, pillows and blankets are provided for the full size futon.
You will find the unit spotless, as we always check every unit before checking anyone in. We are very hands on and easy to contact

The walk to the pier and beach is about 3-5 minutes. That is where you will find all the action, late night bars, shops, restaurants, candy stores, ice cream, fried dough, arcade and rides! Everything to have a great stay without having to drive to get to anything.
We are also a 10 minute walk from the train station if you wanted to venture to Boston!
We are located close to the turnpike if you want to take day trips to Portland, Kittery Outlets, LL Bean, and much more!
We will also be including a beach caddy on wheels for easy carrying of your beach items to take to the beach with you.
